We offer complete immunizations and physical exams from birth to 18 years of age. For your convenience, pre-exam questionnaires may be filled out an home before your appointment.

*The influenza vaccine is recommended for all children on a yearly basis beginning at 6 months of age.
Check-ups are recommended every year beginning at age 3.

A clinical assistant will call you back with your child's immunization information. Recommended vaccinations may change over the course of time. Our staff reviews your child's immunization history at each check up to assure that he/she is up-to-date.
