Getting the opportunity to watch children grow into young adults is a rare privilege. My approach to medicine combines evidence-based practice with shared decision making. Because every person is unique, I am a firm believer that healthcare should be a personalized experience. I strive to provide this to my patients on a daily basis, and have been with Central Pediatrics since 2017. Fun Story: I once had a patient who came in determined to be brave for her flu vaccine, so that she could get her promised treat afterwards. When I asked her what that treat was, she very confidently told me she was getting a taco. That certainly is one of my favorite treats too! I went into pediatrics because I love getting the opportunity to watch children grow up. Forging a long-term relationship with a patient and their family is an honor and privilege. In my spare time, I enjoy gardening, baking and spending time with my dogs.
