Hi, I’m Dr. Meier!

I believe pediatric care is most meaningful when families feel supported, informed, and truly known. My approach combines evidence-based medicine with a focus on nutrition, sleep, movement, mental wellness, and healthy development to help every child thrive. I have been with Central Pediatrics since 2016.

The most meaningful moments of my work are often the quiet victories—a breakthrough with anxiety, a healthier routine that transforms daily life, or seeing a child regain joy and health after a challenging diagnosis. Celebrating progress—big or small—alongside patients and parents is one of the greatest privileges as a pediatrician.

More than choosing pediatrics, I feel pediatrics chose me. I have always been inspired by the opportunity to encourage children as they navigate challenges and grow into who they are meant to become.

Outside of work, I love spending time with my spouse and our three young children. You’ll often find us exploring hiking trails, traveling, running outdoors, or enjoying time in nature together.
