The best part of my job as a general pediatrician is watching children and families grow and develop each year. I especially enjoying taking the opportunity to explain “how” our bodies work and the “why” of my recommendations to inquisitive children and parents to increase health literacy and aid shared decision making. I have been with Central Pediatrics since 2013. Children and adolescents are fun to talk to and a joy to watch as they grow and develop. I love when kids tell me they can now elicit their own or their sibling’s reflexes at home! I am a Minnesota transplant and love staying active and spending time with my family outdoors-on and in the water and out hiking. I also enjoy experimenting with pizza and baking fresh bread every chance I get.
