I am happy to have transitioned to providing sick care at Central Pediatrics after 20 years working in Pediatric Emergency Medicine. I love connecting with children and families, and helping to guide them through whatever is concerning them—from minor illness or injury to more serious conditions. I strive to bring a sense of calm to inherently stressful situations through careful listening and shared decision making. I have been with Central Pediatrics since 2018, and I am continually amazed by how authentic and in the moment children are, as well as by their resilience. And their humor! They make me smile every day. When choosing a medical specialty, I originally planned to go into family medicine and treat all ages, but then the children stole my heart. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with family, friends, and pets, doing pretty much anything outdoors, and traveling both near and far.
