I am a compassionate and approachable Pediatrician, who values partnering with patients and their families to tackle any and all concerns. I believe listening to each individual is essential to achieve desired outcomes. I have a core goal of promoting a healthy lifestyle through nutrition, sleep, and exercise. My passion for pediatrics and dedication to life-long learning drives me to continue to grow in the field while making up to date evidence-based medical decisions.

In my time out of the office, I enjoy weekends with the family at the lake cabin or traveling. I can be found skiing, boating, swimming, cheering on my daughter at dance competitions, or supporting my nieces and nephews in many sports including hockey, swimming, dance, gymnastics, skating, baseball, lacrosse, golf, and tennis. Both of my husband and I were born and raised in the Twin Cities area of Minnesota, but we hold a special place in our hearts for Iowa State University where we met.
