My experience serving as a pediatric nurse in the military provided me with a comprehensive understanding of not only pediatric care but also family support. Following my military fulfillment, I worked at a small hospital while my husband was stationed in Key West. During this time, I gained valuable experience on the pediatric floor and cross-trained in the mother-baby unit. This exposure sparked my passion for teaching and aiding families as they adapt to newborn care. I am dedicated in supporting mothers during their breastfeeding journeys and helping families work together to find mutual strength. My intent is to support families in achieving personalized milk-making goals through evidence-based lactation practices.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time outdoors hiking, walking, being on the water and camping with my husband and four children. Originally from Ohio, I have lived in Texas and Florida due to military relocations, but three years ago moved to Minnesota where we plan to raise our children.
