My favorite parts about being a pediatrician are being able to connect with families and advocate for my patients. I love partnering with families through all stages of childhood- from the first newborn visit to adolescence- supporting not only physical health but also emotional and developmental health.

My special interests include Lifestyle Medicine, early childhood development, and pediatric mental health. I am passionate about helping families build healthy habits from an early age, with a focus on nutrition, activity, and emotional wellbeing.

When I am not in the office, I enjoy spending time outdoors (hiking, gardening, paddle boarding, camping, you name it), cooking plant-based meals, reading, and spending time with my pets. I am a Minnesota transplant and am always looking for new activities to do in the area.
