Vaccines are a safe and effective way to protect your baby from serious diseases.

Vaccine-preventable diseases can be very serious, may require hospitalization, or even be deadly – especially in infants and young children. It is important to follow the immunization schedule recommended by our physicians and the American Academy of Pediatrics. By doing so, your baby will be protected from:

  • Hepatitis B
  • DTaP: diptheria, tetanus, pertussis
  • PCV: pneumococcus infection
  • Hib: haemophilus influenzae b infection
  • Polio
  • Rotavirus
  • Influenza
  • MMR: measles, mumps, rubella
  • Hepatitis A
  • Chickenpox
  • Meningitis
  • HPV

If you have questions about immunizations, our board-certified pediatricians are happy to help. Vaccine information handouts are available here at the CDC website.

To request a copy of your Immunization record, or the record of a person who you are the parent/guardian of, complete a Immunization Record Request.
